Not every wedding needs to be elaborate to be powerful. The Simplistic Wedding Ceremony is perfect for couples who want to make their commitment official in a quiet, heartfelt way—with just the two of you, two witnesses, and myself as your officiant.

This ceremony is often called a “city hall” or “paperwork-only” wedding, but here, it’s offered in a much more comfortable and personal atmosphere. We can hold it in your home, or even a nearby park if the weather allows. You’re welcome to take photos to mark the moment—it’s your celebration, after all.

All you need is 2 witnesses an officiant and your marriage license (a separate cost), and I’ll perform a pre-written ceremony that honours your love with sincerity and grace.

We can meet a day or two before your celebration for a quiet paperwork-only or elopement-style service, where I will perform the legal rites, sign and register your documents, and ensure everything is in alignment with Ontario’s requirements.

Alternatively, I can be present during your ceremony to provide the necessary legal elements and signatures, while your chosen friend leads the custom aspects that speak to your heart and story.
